Our experienced team of videographer(s), photographer(s), screenwriter(s) and editor(s) will be by your side, providing expert guidance and valuable feedback. You are welcome to bring your own creative team to assist with your project as well.

Props and Accessories: We’ve got a diverse selection of props and accessories to add that extra flair to your shoots.
Complimentary Refreshments: Stay energized and focused with complimentary snacks and beverages during your studio experience.
Overnight Stay: Luxury apartment with an open space kitchen, living room and two (2) bedrooms, common area with pool and gym. Walking distance to nearby café, spa and restaurants. Two miles from Pappadeaux, LA Fitness, Sugarloaf Mills Mall, Publix, and Downtown Duluth. Twenty minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Plenty of private parking, in-house amenities and access to video/photography studio.

Studio Minimum Booking
Booking & Availability:
Our Video Production Studio Experience is available on select dates (up to 5 days), and you can book solo or in a small group of four (4).
During your booked time you are also welcome to invite three (3) additional team/crew members at the studio (not living quarters) to collaborate on your project.
Customized packages and longer-term bookings are also available for larger projects. *Send special inquiry.
1-5 day(s) stay
Studio Rules
1) Guest must only be in the facility during their booked time. Anything else is prohibited, unless approved by TS management.
2) Guest is obligated to keep the facility clean, garbage free and keep out anything hazardous after each visit.
3) Absolutely NO SMOKING and/or NO ALCOHOL in TS facility at all times.
4) Guest is only to accommodate up to 4 personnel for each visit and must be screened first. If additional personnel are needed, they must be approved by TS management.
5) Guest is obligated to be present with their personnel and/or guest at all times.
6) Anything against the rules and regulations at TS, owner has the right to take legal action.
7) TS and the parking lot is constantly being surveillance 24/7.
8) Guest checks-in at 9am, and check-out time is 11am.
Bonus: Tyler Studios binding by the CDC Covid-19 guidelines to protect the safety of our staff and customers.
Guest Agreement
1) Guest pay for a daily rate to book entire studio and featured lodging place.
2) Guest is eligible to reserve studio based on availability, best to book at least 48 hours prior.
3) Guest booking fee is due right after approval of booking. If not paid, booking will be revoked immediately and will not be placed.
4) Any cancellation of booking please refer to the cancellation policy.
5) Tyler Studios is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or theft of any personal property of non-member or affiliates.
